Amba Shakti Foundation, established in April 2026, is committed to promoting inclusive and sustainable community development around the operational areas of the Amba Shakti Group. Building on the Group’s legacy of industrial growth and responsible development, the Foundation aims to create meaningful, long-term social impact by strengthening livelihoods, improving access to education and healthcare, empowering women and vulnerable communities, and promoting environmental sustainability.
Our approach emphasizes community participation, institutional partnerships, government convergence, transparency and measurable outcomes. We believe that sustainable development is achieved when individuals and communities have the opportunities, resources and capabilities to become self-reliant and lead dignified lives.

• Skill Development and Entrepreneurship:
  We aim to strengthen employability, vocational competencies and entrepreneurship opportunities for local youth, construction workers, women and Divyangjan . All interventions include construction-related skills, women-led micro-enterprises, self-employment training, financial literacy and market linkages and enterprise development.
• Education Promotion:
  We seek to support improved learning environments through need-based school infrastructure, classroom improvements, girls’ sanitation facilities, educational scholarships, school kitchen gardens and Anganwadi development, in coordination with relevant institutions.
• Health and Well-being:
  We aim to promote preventive healthcare and health awareness through community health screening, early identification of health risks, referral support and follow-up, in collaboration with healthcare providers and government health services.
• Social Development and Women’s Empowerment:
  We aim to expand opportunities for women and vulnerable households through livelihood support, vocational training, financial literacy, educational continuity and linkages with relevant government programmes and social protection services.
• Environment and Ecology:
  We seek to contribute to environmental sustainability through community plantation, native-species greening, rainwater harvesting, water conservation and community participation in the protection of natural resources.
